C-DoT to be the Nodal Agency for Telecom IPRs

The government has decided to make the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT) the nodal facilitation agency to the front end. The RD wing of the Department of Telecommunications, C-DoT will now play the role of the facilitator only for standard essential patent (SEP) negotiations. It shall also not bid any financial liability or obligations towards any parties.

India announces definition of Green Hydrogen
|
|
In a significant move for the progress of the National Green Hydrogen Mission, the government has notified the Green Hydrogen Standard for India. The standard issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India outlines the emission thresholds that must be met in order for hydrogen produced to be classified as ‘Green’, i.e., from renewable sources.
