ENISA and ETSI are organizing a joint workshop as part of their joint effort and collaboration to support EU requirements for identity proofing. The workshop follows the recent publication of ENISA's report on "Remote Identity Proofing - Attacks & Countermeasures" and the recent ETSI Technical Specification TS 119 461 on "Policy and security requirements for identity proofing". During the event we will explore and discuss remote identity proofing techniques, attacks and countermeasures, the technology users point of view, and we will delve into testing, audit and standardization.
2nd FRMCS Remote Plugtests

ETSI, with the support of the European Commission (EC), the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the Critical Communications Association (TCCA) and the Union Internationale des Chemins de fer (UIC), organizes the 2nd FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) PlugtestsTM event, which will take place as a remote-only event from 16th to 20th May 2022. GSM-R is the current standard for the railway telecommunication services developed and maintained by ETSI TC RT. With the increased need for more throughout, higher capacity and flexible deployment options, FRMCS is being developed based on 3GPP Mission Critical Services.
eSignature Validation Plugtests 2022

ETSI Centre for Testing and Interoperability (CTI) on behalf of TC ESI, ETSI’s Technical Committee for Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures is organizing a remote Plugtests interoperability event on Electronic Signature Validation. This event will be run remotely from 16 May to 10 June 2022 using a dedicated web portal. The aim of the event is to check the interoperability of ETSI advanced digital signatures and the validation capacities of the participants in order to help them detect possible issues which may lead to different validation results.

It facilitates their active participation in ETSI, 3GPP or oneM2M - a must if your organization has just joined ETSI.
