ETSI has partnered with Layer123 for the SDN & OpenFlow World Congress, taking place on 14-17 October 2014 in Dusseldorf, Germany. ETSI is pleased to announce that the first ETSI NFV PoC ZONE will be an integral part of the event. The ETSI NFV PoC ZONE is an area within the World Congress Exhibition, dedicated to the demonstration of Network Function Virtualisation Proofs of Concept (NFV PoCs) accepted by ETSI NFV ISG.
ETSI, in partnership with the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC), is pleased to invite you to the second IQC/ETSI Quantum-Safe Crypto Workshop. The event will be held in Ottawa, Canada, on 6th – 7th October, 2014. This workshop will bring together the diverse communities that will need to co-operate to standardize and deploy the next-generation cryptographic infrastructure, in particular, one that will be secure against emerging quantum computing technologies. The event agenda will be announced Early August.
The SIPit events bring all implementations of SIP together to find and remove interoperability issues.The event is not focused on any specific application using SIP, but any peer participants with an application in common will be able to exercise it.
StandarDays is a two day information session aimed at newcomers to European standardization, as well as those who would like to understand the CEN and CENELEC systems better. StandarDays is organized twice each year.
Objectives
StandarDays give a clear and structured overview of the European Standardization System and of the CEN and CENELEC products and processes, as well as the benefits of involvement to potential stakeholders.
For whom ?
StandarDays are aimed at all actors interested in the European standardization system: industry, consumers, administrations and government, European institutions, research centres, national standards institutes, academia, societal stakeholders, etc.
Format
The StandarDays programme consist of an introductory plenary meeting, which explains the different aspects and tasks of CEN and CENELEC (day 1) and interactive, in-depth workshops (day 2). This structure gives participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the overall European Standardization System (day 1) and then take advantage of the CEN and CENELEC expertise to obtain further clarification and explanations (day 2).
